Public Meeting on Nov. 9th

The first opportunity to approach the Village of New Glarus about acquiring the green space behind the Shepherd of the Hills Church at Candy Cane Park will be on Wednesday November 9th at 7:00 6:30 PM at the New Glarus Village Hall. If you support the acquisition of this valuable community asset, we encourage you to attend the meeting to express your opinion. We hope to have at least 20 or 30 people there.

While we plan to raise as much money as we can privately to acquire the property, we need the Village of New Glarus to agree to take ownership of the land, maintain the property, and contribute some in order to preserve it for generations to come.

Please meet outside the New Glarus Village Hall at 6:45 6:10 PM. Information will be provided before the meeting. Please encourage friends and neighbors to also attend. Thank you!
